Hydraulic Straightening Machine for H-beam production line
The machine is used for straightening of deformed side of flange during welding ofH-beam. The H-beam flange-straightening machine is specialized in straighteningthe flange of the H-beam, with the advantages of easy-controlled, high efficiencyand perfect quality of the straightening. All the adjustments of the straighteninghave the scale for the convenient and accurate usage. The main oil cylinderis sealed several times with high quality domestic seal washer, which has thegood sealing characteristics and long-life. The whole equipment is of the goodrigidity, heavy weight. Further, the straightening rollers are all made of 35CrMomaterial and quenched, which is abrasion-proof in order to resist the flaw.
